Tracking a Shein order in Romania

Shein ships from China (and some EU warehouses) through a Netherlands hub, then hands parcels to a local courier or pickup point with a PIN (commonly Sameday easybox, Cargus Ship & Go, FAN points, Poșta lockers; Shein lists no couriers). Number: app → My orders → order details (Economy may have no tracking; orders can split into several parcels). Shein's own statuses: Shipped → In transit to airport → Arrived at airport, ready for departure → Ready for customs clearance (filed before landing, normal) → in the Netherlands (2–6 days) → Handed to courier → Out for delivery → Pickup PIN → Delivered. Shein shows earliest/latest estimated dates and has a procedure when the latest date passes; "delivered but not received" and "failed delivery attempt" have dedicated FAQ entries. Customs: Shein's FAQ addresses the €3 duty from 1 Jul 2026 and says EU-warehouse shipments carry no duty; fees are shown at checkout, never via SMS links. Enter the local courier code on xAWB once it appears.
