- Problems: many lookups fail or come back empty where parcels are usually found. The courier's tracking is probably down; its own site may show the same.
- Slowdowns: answers come, but slowly or with more errors than usual.
- Too few lookups: not enough searches in the last hour to judge (usually at night).
This is about tracking, not deliveries: a parcel can move normally while the courier's tracking is down. We show no AWB numbers.
