What eCourier is
eCourier is a Romanian courier platform through which a business sends its parcels with several couriers from a single account. Its website lists DPD, GLS, Sameday, DSC and FAN Courier as partners, with delivery in 6 hours in Bucharest and in 24–48 hours in the rest of the country.
One of these couriers carries the parcel, but the AWB you receive belongs to the eCourier platform.
What an eCourier AWB looks like
An eCourier AWB starts with the letters EC followed by 12 digits, for example EC001100220033. We also recognise a number like this when you paste it into the search on the home page, without you having to pick the courier.
Where you'll find the AWB
You get it from the shop or company that sent you the parcel, usually in the shipping confirmation email. The parcel label also shows the number of the courier making the delivery.
If the AWB isn't found
A new AWB appears once the shipment has been registered on the platform. If the number doesn't start with EC, it is probably the AWB of the delivering courier: search for it across all couriers. For questions about the shipment, eCourier's contact details are on ecourier.ro.
