Parcel late? What you can do
When a parcel is late
On the result page we show help when an undelivered parcel hasn't been scanned for at least 3 days. Until then, a pause of a day or two (especially at weekends or on public holidays) is usually normal.
What you can do, step by step
- Check the last status and its date. If it says the parcel is waiting in a locker or at a pickup point, it is waiting for you there, usually for a few days.
- Check the AWB. A wrong number, or the shop's order number, shows nothing new.
- Write to the sender. The transport contract is between the shop and the courier; the shop can open a complaint with the courier and ask for a new delivery.
- Contact the courier, with the AWB to hand (list below; the pages are in Romanian).
- If you get no answer, you can complain to ANPC, the consumer protection authority, through its dispute resolution service (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro), or to ANCOM, the postal services regulator.
