About xAWB.ro

xAWB.ro is an independent parcel-tracking site, created in Romania in 2020. You use it when you have an AWB (tracking number) and want to find out where your parcel is, without hunting for each courier's website and without an account.

xAWB.ro was the first site in Romania where you could track parcels from several courier companies in one place, with a single search box.

What we do

• We read the parcel's public status from the courier at the moment you search: the same information the courier shows to anyone who has the AWB.
• We display it in a single format for FAN Courier, Sameday, Cargus, GLS, Poșta Română, DPD, TNT, Dragon Star and PTT Express.
• On each courier's page, we explain what its statuses mean and where to find the AWB.

What we don't do

• We don't deliver parcels and we aren't affiliated with any courier. For complaints, or to change the delivery address or day, contact the courier.
• We have no information beyond what the courier has: if the status hasn't changed at the courier, it hasn't changed here either.
• We don't require an account and we don't keep your history on our server. The parcels you choose to save stay only in your browser.

How we are funded

The site is free and is supported by Google AdSense ads, labelled “Advertisement”. Ads do not appear above the search box. Some pages may also show an ad for one of our own services (POZITIA.ro, GPS vehicle tracking), labelled in the same way.

Corrections

If an explanation on the site is wrong or a status isn't displayed correctly, write to us via the contact page. We correct information once verified, and we update the courier pages when couriers change their systems.

Data and privacy

We do not keep a log of searches: only anonymous daily statistics per courier and, for 7 days, samples of errors and not-found AWBs with the AWB masked, to detect integration errors. Details in the privacy policy.
