What eColet statuses mean

| În procesare | The eColet order has been registered; the parcel hasn't been collected yet. |
| Expediat | The chosen courier has collected the parcel. |
| În tranzit | The parcel is on its way to its destination. |
| Livrat | The shipment has reached the recipient. |
What eColet is
eColet is an online platform where you book transport for a parcel within Romania or Europe, without a contract, choosing from 8 courier companies (among them DHL, UPS, FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday, DPD and GLS). The order is given an eColet shipment number.
What tracking shows you
The eColet tracking page shows the order's steps on a progress bar: În procesare (processing), Expediat (shipped), În tranzit (in transit) and Livrat (delivered), plus the courier that collected the parcel. We display the same history and the courier's name, so you can carry on tracking with that courier using its own AWB.
Where the shipment number is
The shipment number appears in the order confirmation email and in your account on ecolet.ro. If the parcel came to you from a shop, ask the shop for the number.
eColet: frequently asked questions
Can I also track the parcel with the courier?
Yes: once you see here which courier has collected the parcel, look up its AWB directly on that courier's page.
What does ‘În procesare’ mean?
It means processing: the order has been registered with eColet, but the courier hasn't collected the parcel yet.
