Tracking an AliExpress parcel in Romania

Updated 30 Oct 2026. AliExpress ships mostly via Cainiao; the number is LP… (16–18 digits), sometimes CNRO…/CNBG… or YT…. Enter it on xAWB — we read Cainiao tracking directly. Find it in the app → My orders → Track; after "Received by local delivery company" the local courier and its AWB appear (commonly Sameday/easybox, Cargus, FAN Courier, Poșta Română; DHL/UPS for express). Transit China→RO typically 8–20 days (median ~12), Super Economy 30–60; 1–3 working days in Romania. Statuses: picked up → departed origin → arrived destination/customs (VAT and fees usually paid at checkout via IOSS) → received by local courier → out for delivery → delivered/easybox. Problems: after the guaranteed delivery time, open "Refund/Dispute" in the order (usually within 15 days); "delivered but not received" → check locker/neighbours, ask the courier for proof, dispute; Cainiao tracking questions: cainiaoglobalcs@service.cainiao.com.
