Tracking a Vinted parcel in Romania

Updated 30 Oct 2026. Sellers choose shipping options in Settings → Shipping; Vinted issues a prepaid label with the courier's AWB and both sides track it from the item conversation ("Track parcel"). Publicly announced partners in Romania: Cargus Ship & Go (drop-off, pickup, returns) and GLS (Vinted partner in several countries incl. Romania, Jan 2026); other options seen in the app (Sameday easybox, FAN Courier, Packeta for HU/PL parcels) depend on the seller. Enter the AWB on xAWB (Cargus 10 digits, GLS 11–12, Sameday 1ONB, FAN 13, Packeta Z+10). Timing: seller has 5 days to ship; 1–3 working days domestic, 3–7 cross-border; buyer has 2 days after delivery to confirm or report. Pickup retention: Ship & Go 5 days, GLS 7 days, easybox per SMS. Problems: not shipped in 5 days → automatic cancel/refund; lost in transit → Vinted refunds buyer and compensates seller (prepaid label policy); not received/damaged → "I have an issue" within 2 days, don't confirm; courier complaints → courier, then ANCOM.
