Tracking an OLX delivery

Updated 30 Oct 2026. With "Livrare prin OLX" the seller generates the courier label from the listing, the buyer pays through OLX and the money is released after delivery. Publicly announced partners: Cargus (2019), FAN Courier ("delivery with verification", 2022), Poșta Română (2021); Innoship runs the integration. There is no separate OLX tracking number: the buyer sees the courier and AWB in the OLX conversation/order and in the courier's SMS; enter it on xAWB (Cargus 10 digits, FAN 13 digits, Poșta RR/CP…RO). Transit: pickup 1–2 working days after the label, delivery 1–2 working days (Poșta 2–5). Statuses: label created (seller hasn't handed over; ask after 3 working days) → picked up → in transit → out for delivery → notified/absent → delivered (with verification you open the parcel before confirming) → refused/return (free return to seller, buyer refunded). Problems: no handover after 3 working days → message the seller, unshipped orders are cancelled and refunded; no courier scan for 2 working days → the courier, then OLX help; wrong item/not received → OLX complaint within 24–48 h with photos; scams: ANCOM/DNSC (Nov 2025) warn about fake courier/OLX payment links by SMS/WhatsApp, report at pnrisc.dnsc.ro. OLX's help centre could not be fetched automatically on 30 Oct 2026.
