Tracking an Amazon order delivered to Romania

Updated 30 Oct 2026. There is no Amazon.ro; orders come from Amazon.de/.it/.es/.fr/.co.uk. The carrier and tracking ID are in Your Orders → Track package and in the shipping e-mail; Amazon publishes no courier list for Romania. Commonly seen: DHL (JJD+18 digits, JD…, or 10–12 digits), DPD (10–14 digits), UPS (1Z+16), GLS (11–12); Amazon Logistics TBA… numbers are the German network and don't track with Romanian couriers. Enter the carrier number on xAWB. Transit DE→RO standard 3–7 working days (Premium 2–3), guaranteed date shown per order; no customs inside the EU (third-party sellers shipping from outside the EU show an Import Fees Deposit at checkout; see the customs page). Statuses: Shipped → In transit → Out for delivery → Delivered (DPD may use a Pickup point; code by SMS). Problems: past the guaranteed date → "Where's my order" (Amazon-fulfilled: refund/replacement; third-party: A-to-z Guarantee from 2 days after the latest date, within 90 days); no carrier scan for 2 working days → the Romanian carrier or Amazon customer service; delivered-not-received → wait 48 h then report; returns 14 days by EU law, usually 30 days at Amazon.
