What is an AWB?

An AWB (air waybill) is the tracking code a courier gives each parcel. You find it in the shipping e-mail or SMS, in your order on the shop's site, or on the parcel label.

How do I track an easybox or FANbox parcel?

Use the AWB from the SMS or e-mail. easybox lockers belong to Sameday and FANbox lockers to FAN Courier; the code works the same, and xAWB.ro recognises it automatically.

Do I need to know the courier?

No. Paste the code on the home page and xAWB.ro checks the couriers it supports, then opens the matching result.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It is free and needs no account. The site is funded by ads.

Where is my history saved?

Only in this browser (local storage), and only if you choose to save a parcel. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Why is my parcel not found?

The sender may have created the label but not handed the parcel over yet, or the code has a typo. Check the code and try again in a few hours.
